This project centered around a magnificent water feature, which consisted of a large waterfall at the top that cascaded into a series of waterfalls to the left, with a flowing creek on the other side into the pond. In the center, we feature an ornamental pine surrounded by a few native plants below. It’s backed up to a rock wall, and the landscaping around is native trees and plants. Working out from there on either side of the pond, a dry creek bed feeds into it from either side of the property. It flows naturally through the woods and borders up to landscape beds that all consist of drought-resistant pines, ground covers, decorative native flowers for extra seasonal color all around.

Moving to the front yard, we have the aspen grove consisting of over 14 aspen, accent rocks, and more flowing landscape beds. At the entrance of the property, there are two large landscape mounds with decorative rocks, native pines, vine maples, and native drought-resistant flowers. Flagstone walkways bordered each side of the house to add a break between landscaping areas and to go for a little walk to enjoy the scenery all around. The hot tub area borders a section of the dry creek bed in the backyard that is outlined by a small rock wall to match the natural aesthetic. Natural stone steps take you from the back patio. Down to the pond. On the right side is a slow-flowing 3-column water feature.
