Join the Crew

We're a growing local crew in South Cle Elum, running more crews than ever. When we're hiring, we want to hear from people who like good work and good company.

Swiftwater Earthworks is growing. 2025 was a record year, 2026 beat it, and we’re running more crews than ever before. That growth comes down to people, and we’re always glad to meet good ones.

What the work is like

We design and build landscapes across upper Kittitas County: rockery walls, ponds and waterfalls, dry creek beds, patios, plantings and sprinkler systems. Our property-care division, Swiftwater Houseworks, adds handyman, flooring and cleaning work. Most of the job is building something real that you can point to when it’s done. Take a look at our project portfolio to see the kind of work you’d be part of.

The year has a rhythm. March through September is the busy season, with full days and a lot getting built. The slower months are for planning, design and getting ready for spring.

The kind of crew we are

We’re local, family-minded and community-minded. We work hard, take care of our customers’ places and enjoy each other’s company while we do it. Customers notice:

“Brandon & his team are fantastic. The crew is cheerful & personable. Many homes in our neighborhood use Swiftwater Earthworks for jobs large & small.” — Diane G.

We’re bonded, and the company holds OSHA Standards / Class 30, Operators License, CPR and UST Class A, B & C certifications. You can read more about us and how we work.
