What we collect
When you send the free design consult or quote form, we receive what you type in: your name, phone number, email, the town your property is in, the kind of project and timing you pick, and any notes. We also record the page you sent it from, the time, and basic technical details such as your IP address and browser, which help us filter out spam.
How we use it
We use your details to get back to you about your project: to call or email you, set up a walk-through, and prepare an estimate. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it’s kept
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Form requests are stored with our website provider and sent to our business email so we can respond. We keep them as long as we need them to follow up on and carry out your project, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use basic analytics, such as Google Analytics, to see which pages people visit so we can improve them. These tools may set cookies in your browser. A spam check from Cloudflare may run on the form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, email [email protected] or call 509-260-3659.
